Refund policy
*** ALL items must be picked up within 48 hours ***
Be MINDFUL - your items take up valuable space that we need in order to place "just arrived" items on the showroom floor.
If you are unable to pickup your items within 48 hours you must CONTACT US.
* We do our best to give customers a chance to pick up item(s) within a grace period. We will no longer issue refunds. Your purchase will be forfeit if you have not responded via email, text or phone sent at 54 & 72 hour intervals. *
*+* You will receive a donation receipt, consequently donating your purchase(s) and your item(s) will be restocked. *+*
Returns/Refunds are available IN PERSON ONLY for items that have NOT LEFT the ReStore within the 48 hours allotted for pickup. Inspect your items.
Appliances—You have 7 days to return an item and request a refund. The appliance must be returned to the same ReStore from which it was purchased.
Refunds
On approval, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
